Stack Advice exists because choosing business software is genuinely hard — and most review sites are stuffed with paid placements, outdated information, and lists that tell you nothing useful.

We're an independent Australian publication focused on CRM, project management, and the business tools that Australian SMBs actually use. Every comparison and review on this site is written with one goal: give you enough real information to make a confident decision without having to sign up for a dozen free trials.

How we work

We research tools hands-on, compare pricing in Australian dollars where possible, and flag anything that matters specifically for Australian businesses — local integrations, data residency, AUD billing, and support hours in AEST.

Where we have affiliate relationships with software vendors, we disclose this clearly on every article. An affiliate link never earns a better review — if a tool isn't right for most buyers, we say so. Read our full affiliate disclosure.
